Real support when you need it most.
Hi, I’m Anca.
I joined this team because when I was involved in an accident, what I needed most was someone to explain me my options, help me understand and process what had just happened. Someone to just be there for me.
In those first few minutes, it helps to have a real person to talk to. This is where I come in.
If you’ve been involved in a non-fault motorcycle accident, even if you’re unsure what happened or whether anything can be done, send me a message. I’d much rather have a conversation and see how we can help than have you trying to figure everything out on your own.
If you’ve just had an accident…
This guide is intended for situations where the rider is conscious and able to communicate after the accident.
Take a breath.
Your adrenaline is pumping, your mind is racing and you’re probably worried about a hundred different things at once.
For now, focus on the basics:
✔ Make sure you’re safe first and call 999 if needed.
✔ Get witness details from anyone who stopped to help. They may become important later.
✔ Get the other driver’s details and registration number.
✔ Take photos of everything — the vehicles, damage, road layout, signs, injuries and riding gear.
✔ Look around for CCTV from shops, petrol stations or nearby buildings.
✔ Keep everything connected to the accident, including photos, messages, medical records and repair estimates.
✔ Don’t assume who was at fault. Let the evidence tell the story.
✔ Reach out as soon as possible. Evidence can disappear surprisingly quickly.
How I may be able to help
Depending on the circumstances, support may be available for:
- Motorcycle recovery
- Vehicle repairs
- Replacement motorcycle hire
- Personal injury claims
- Loss of earnings
- Damaged riding gear and equipment
- Specialist solicitor support
- Help understanding your options
Why riders reach out to me
Because they want someone in their corner.
Most riders contact me with questions, not answers.
Can I get another bike?
Can I still make a claim?
What if I’ve lost income?
What if I’m injured?
What if I don’t know who was at fault?
My role is to help you understand what support may be available and connect you with the right people.
Many riders are surprised to learn that a non-fault claim is usually pursued through the at-fault driver’s insurance, not their own. In many cases, this means access to services and support that they didn’t even know existed.
Most importantly, I genuinely want riders to receive the support, service and compensation they deserve — not simply the quickest outcome.
Let’s have a conversation.
No pressure.
No obligation.
Just honest support when you need it most.
