At NASL, we appreciate the need to get customers back up and running and keep them mobile throughout the claims process, allowing them to get on with their day-to-day lives. All cases are investigated to find out if there is a need to provide a replacement vehicle to the customer, before instruction, to ensure there is a valid requirement. Where it is deemed appropriate, our credit hire partners will arrange delivery of a replacement vehicle of similar size and specification.

Our Fleet

Our credit hire partners currently have a diverse fleet of more than 4,000+ vehicles. It includes over 300 different vehicle types and models, ranging from cars and motorbikes to LCVs and dual-control vehicles. Together they have the largest UK credit hire taxi fleet, with over 700 vehicles available as well as 158 hybrid and electric vehicles on the fleet.

Ability to Meet Customer's Demand

They continually review the size and breakdown of their fleet to ensure they maintain the right volume and type of vehicles to support the ongoing needs of our customers. They also have agreements in place with a selection of daily rental partners to allow them to cross-hire if necessary, during periods of peak volume, ensuring the service we provide for you & your customers is not compromised.
