Credit Repair
When the assessors confirm that the vehicle is repairable, one of our credit repair partners will instruct one of their 160 fully approved and contracted network repairers to carry out the necessary repairs. They are geographically spread across the UK, providing full nationwide coverage.
All repairs are managed on a credit repair basis for all non-fault claims. This ensures that any repair losses are not included in the overall loss ratios. Moreover, all vehicle types, manufacturers, and specialized vehicles are catered for.
Total Losses
If the vehicle is deemed a total loss, the engineer’s valuation will be used and an agreed appropriate settlement with the customer.
Repair Management
If any of your customers damage their vehicle because of an accident, one of our credit repair partners will arrange for an engineer to inspect the vehicle. On inspection, they will assess the damage, provide an estimated cost for repair and confirm whether the repair is deemed to be economical.
Guaranteed Repairs
Wherever possible, genuine manufacturer approved parts only will be used. Additionally, all repairs undertaken by the network repairers are guaranteed for three years or for the balance of the manufacturer’s warranty.
Repair Network Standards
All repairers are regularly audited by our credit hire & repair partners and in most cases by their BS10125 auditor, their Manufacturer Scheme Auditor and other work providers’ Auditor. This ensures the highest standard of repairs are consistently undertaken.
